I had a funny conversation with my mum on christmas day where she told me she found my step-dad sat on the sofa watching the telly on 21st, ready for the end of the world – at 11am! She tried to explain to him that it was more the end of one way of being and the beginning of another – but he didn’t really get it. She came home at lunchtime and found him in the same place…
“Still here then?” She said…
His reply was that the tv had announced that there had been a delay!
So my questions are…
Do you feel a delay in your life right now?
If so what are you waiting for?
Personally 2012 was such a challenging year for me (and not only me) that I held a class space for people to review what it had all been about for them – we started by opening up the circle with each of us saying one word about what it has been about for them, lets play family fortunes shall we?

Yes…..
“CHANGE”
Followed by challenge, release, destruction, desolation, realization…..
No-one said anything that wasn’t related to ‘CHANGE”
For me life changing happenings began during the Venus transit in June, and they just didn’t stop after that! I ended up doing a ritual where I told the universe that I let go and to do with me what it will! – A very strong thing for a Leo with a Taurus Ascendant and Cancer Moon! – translated = Complete Control freak!
From that moment it felt like I was taken for all I had… Everything began to change in my life, dynamics in relationships changed, important people in my life died, and my psyche became flooded with an overload of personal psychic “stuff”, with that and grief I couldn’t focus on my work.
Not good for psychic self employment!!
So I was being taken for everything it seemed, everything I was attached to. My Illusions, agendas, security, relationships, friendships, my perception of myself, my beliefs, my life, and eventually this seeped into financial security, all stripped …..
Leaving me in a very raw and true stripped down state to begin in 2013 – very much like I had written (month’s ago) for January in Prediction’s Horoscope Guide for 2013, here’s what I wrote - if you want to know the rest of the year the guide is out now.
2012 adds up to the number five, in numerology and Tarot five is the half way point through a cycle – representing breakdown and change. The fifth card in the Tarot is The High Priest, the most spiritually dogmatic of all the cards, showing how that seeps into the structure of society. Represented by Taurus it carries the same dislike of the very thing it stands for “Change!” But the fifth element is spirit – The High Priest brings all the four elements together and breathes life into them by adding spirit – life – and the only certainty in life – is change, and no sin is more punishable than resistance to it so they say!
2013 adds up to the number six, in numerology and Tarot six is the number of progression, the breakdowns and breakthroughs have happened and now its all about clearing up and moving on. The sixth card in the Tarot is The Lovers (which was also my year card last year). The Lovers is far more about confusion, free will and decisions rather than love- but it always a very real heartfelt quandry. When we are reforming it can be a very confusing time, but one thing I learnt from last year is that we know absolutely nothing anyway, and the most amazing things happen when we truly do work at facing the truth in ourselves, and letting go of any outward control that block that process.
Last year was an incredibly personal process for me – even though it seemed to the outside world it was about career – book published, speaking alongside Sonia Choquette, Judy Hall, Rachel Pollack and other amazing teachers, becoming a columnist etc…. Appearances can be so very deceptive – it was the work I put in the year before that carried me through – just… 2013 has to be about me stepping my game up, this means prices for skype/phone readings will be increasing from February.
