Everything is energy – your emotions, your thoughts, your beliefs & the ways in which you live your life. So, the most effective way to transform your everyday life is to transform your energy.

This 7 session journey helps you to bring awareness to common patterns that you may be unconsciously acting out through your energy field, and with that awareness in place it also offers a few simple techniques to help you bring about transformation of those old patterns.

You may want to join us for the entirety of this 7 session journey through your energy centres (the chakras) or you may want to focus on just one or two chakras. Either way, the possibility of personal transformation is available for you.

The chakras are your energy centres and as they integrate subtle energy into the physical body, they have a big influence on the reality you manifest. The chakras can also be thought of as computer databases as they store all of your old patterns and reflect your beliefs, thoughts and emotional responses. That’s fine when your patterns are in line with your conscious desires, however when they are old “stuff” or just other unhelpful “stuff” and definitely not in line with your conscious plan, then change needs to happen!

In each session we will look at a different chakra, talking about it, raising awareness of both the potential and the potential problems in that area, and helping you to understand its influence in and on your life, and hopefully resulting in more wellness and fulfilment for you.

We will also do simple practical exercises each session to help you balance and change the energy of that chakra, clearing some of the past patterns and aligning to the patterns that you want to create for your reality from now on.

One of the exercises that we will be doing is tuning into to the energy of crystals that are specific to each chakra. Whilst obviously being a physical item, crystals are also a frequency (like everything else) that can be useful to shift old patterns and create new more helpful one. And finally for those who want to, the sessions come with post-session suggestions designed to help you enhance the flow of your energy so you can use a few of these techniques to manifest your desires into reality more often!

This will be an experiential day of inner journeying, attunements and you will go away with greater confidence, peace, inspiration and ways to develop a partnership with natures builders and helpers that are waiting for us to join with them in service.

There are limited spaces to keep the group small and intimate and to support each ones beautiful exploration and attunements through the day; each one will be held in deep sacred space.

 Areas covered include:
- Outdoor exercises with seasonal flowers, currently in bloom in Avebury, to receive their messages for us.
- Learning about the Elementals of Earth. Air, Fire and Water and their individual attributes and service  to us all It may not be well known or understood yet, these allies can support our spiritual path in very specific ways that we will share.
- Inner journeying with master healers, the great Redwood, last remnants from ancient Lemuria. And in the sacred landscape of Avebury are the beautiful tree allies of this site, that are said to have inspired J. R. R. Tolkien's 'walking trees' in "The Lord of the Rings".
- During our time together we will be facilitating a profound attunement with a particular elemental helper which can support each one’s next steps on the healing journey.  Just this opportunity on its own makes this day a precious gift beyond measure!
- Hear about the 'Music of Plants'
- Learn that the elemental kingdoms are also evolving; we are all on a blessed journey.  Did you know that the  great nature spirits of trees can one day evolve into beauteous angels!  
- Hear too about the manifestation of the abundant Findhorn garden, in a unwelcoming environment and sandy soil, through the cooperation with the nature spirits. Grace had known Peter and Eileen Caddy who had made up part of the small group of friends that started that original garden.
Together we are a force of great power and light for the co-creation of a New Earth of Peace

The Foundation Level Hypnosis course offered by Cara – the Centre of Transformation and Empowerment has been Assessed and Accredited at Foundation Level by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK).

Successful graduates are eligible for registration with the General Hypnotherapy Register (the GHSC’s Registering Agency) at Affiliate Status.
