Cycles of life:
Life mentors are frequently approached by people seeking advice on business, personal confidence, and establishing themselves in a challenging world, making them feel good and worthy of what they're doing and themselves.
What they do not say is the way the personal and universal cycles will affect their performance in life both personal and in their working life.
***
We all go through those emotions all the time. Am I worth it? Is my confidence high, have I got the right to do this or that, I wonder what will people think of me.
***
All these things are human elements of living, we
have our personal cycles and we are affected by the ones coming into earth from the universe.
As human beings, we have all those emotions and elements within us, fear, love, hate.
We often fear being right or wrong, getting hurt, facing others, dealing with competition, or lacking confidence, but these emotions are natural.
***
If humans lacked these, we would function as automated robots. It is our feelings that define our individuality and empower us to shape our lives and circumstances.
***
If we view these experiences as empowering rather than diminishing, you'll notice that once you move past them, your confidence naturally returns. These energies and emotions move through us each day, naturally tied to monthly cycles and personal growth.
***
During a month a moon and all heavenly bodies change their pattern, this brings growth giving us the element of power.
These cycles move through time and grow, the same things happen to us, until they and us reach the pinnacle of the cycle, and we dip with the wave of life.
***
As celestial bodies shift, Earth's energy changes, demonstrating that life moves in cycles to which we must adapt or resist.
***
if you're feeling confident one day and you're happy and everything goes right you're at the high of the wave then maybe a week or two later, you feel like you're doomed, no confidence, you can't face anything, am I doing it right? Questioning yourself?
***
You are at a low point in the wave—if you view life as if you are surfing, then going down is part of the cycle.
If you recognise that you will face similar situations again, being aware of this pattern in your life can be very beneficial.
***
By observing how these emotions change, you can find ways to make the most of every situation and use your time positively when you feel energised, do as much work as possible, when on the low, rest and take it easy.
***
Look at the way life is giving you the experiences that you have chosen, understand the symbols and the cycles of life and get grips with your own sequence of ups and downs and know that if you are on the down you will end up coming up because that is the way it goes nothing can stay in one place.
