Experiences which made us stronger, wiser, changed our life path, allowed us the opportunity to feel the range of human emotion from love, loss, happiness to bereavement. Each step contributing to the unique tapestry of your life.

Remember experiences can be used to put you in a position to help others in future. The past is the past if you feel negative experiences are casting shadows on your future acknowledged them for what it was see the strength, knowledge and insight you took from it and make the call that it will not tint your future.

Take time out have a coffee/herbal tea and reflect on how those who have crossed your life path, and how they have enabled you to develop and be proud of the person you have become today.
