There are many ways to help to heal another person when they are not with you. They do not have to be in the same room. You do not have to make physical contact. Healing in person can take place at any distance.
You can give healing to a person sitting next to you in public, on a train, on a bus. Generally, I would say that offering healing to someone who a) hasn’t asked for it and b) hasn’t consented to receiving it is not something that I could recommend.
Not all the time anyway, but sometimes, you may see someone while you are out and about on your travels and they may look down, miserable, alone, in need of a pick me up and you can send that to them.
The power of our hearts and minds and the energy flows through us as coloured light. To visualise yourself as a fountain of light which can contain a straight column of white light running through your body from above your head, right down to beneath your feet. By thinking loving thoughts and visualising a flow of uplifting light to go to another person, you can help to send them a higher vibration of loving energy around them which they will accept or reject.
It is not possible to force another human to heal. It is not possible to give another human being something they don’t want, don’t think they need or perhaps do not think they are worthy of receiving. But just in case the person you are trying to help is receptive, they do need some help and they are able to take what you can give, always try to offer thoughts of love and upliftment in their direction.
As you practise this more often you will find your own personal way to direct light, loving energy. I will share with you my personal methods, so you can feel free to practice for yourself. Although it may feel a little silly at first, you do soon get used to it. The more you do it, the more it comes naturally to you what is needed and what you should be sending. So, for instance, I am walking down the street and a young mother walks towards me with her head bowed, her brow knitted with worry and her lips pursed. I know she is suffering, from worrying about lack of money to pay her water rates or heating bills. In her pushchair is a small child looking at me with big open eyes, trusting and expectantly. I smile and even if I don’t make small talk with the mum, I will bring a burst of energy from the inside of my body and shower it onto the buggy, and mentally picture a bubble of white light surrounding them, cleansing them of any negative, worrying thoughts and lightening their atmosphere.
Although you may not be able to see the effects of this with your own eyes, for those sensitive enough to see auras, the effect is that of a firework display. I do believe in Guardian Angels and spirit watching and helping us in our day to day lives, as we send healing thoughts, prayers and colours for people who need them, our Guardian Angels are treated to a light display and we become part of the lightworker team helping to raise the vibrations on this planet.
It doesn’t matter if you can’t remember to do this all the time, not even every day, just now and again. Choose the colour that is easiest to picture in your mind, pink, green, blue, any colour at all and practise flooding it to places that are war torn and suffering. You do have the power to make a difference, just with your choice of thoughts.
Love and light to every one who needs it
